The mission of the
LivingWeb Virtual Library is to
organize professional resources for preachers, teachers, and writers who
need comprehensive, tightly organized materials. Primarily focused
on Christian Education, the LivingWeb streams like a fountain across all
fields of knowledge, demonstrating that all blessings are
intertwined in the mind of the living One in whom all is all, from whom
they flow. |
Established 20 years ago in 1989 as a multi-line dial-up networking service under the name of
Lawson Christian BBS, this service was consolidated in 1996 as a World
Wide Web networking service under the name of LivingWeb Library,
with the domain name of LivingWeb.com registered with
Network Solutions
on October 15, 1996.
Operating as a Class 42 Computer Service, The LivingWeb Virtual Library
provides indexing of
computer networking resources and housing of digital materials, centered
primarily in the Christian community and extending its offering to all
fields of knowledge.

Written permission must be granted to any other party for use of this service mark in whole or
in part, which
has been in continuous public and commercial use since
October 15, 1996, or for any variations, including Living Web LivingWeb,
LivingWeb Library, and LivingWeb Virtual Library, or for any
confusedly similar terms. Unauthorized use of the LIVINGWEB service
mark by other persons or entities is strictly prohibited and considered to
be a service mark property infringement.
When making fair use of the LivingWeb Service
Mark, a statement acknowledging the true
ownership of the Service Mark, such as "LivingWeb is the exclusive Service
Mark of William Lawson," is appropriate. To put the world on notice
that William Lawson claims exclusive rights in this Service Mark, please
use the ® symbol to indicate Registered Service Mark, or if unavailable,
(R), preferably superscripted. Never use the LivingWeb Service Mark
as a part of any other name, Service Mark, service, title, name, website,
Internet Domain Name, software program or in any other manner suggesting
that anyone except the rightful owner has any right to use the LivingWeb
Service Mark unless specifically licensed in writing to do so. In order to
protect valuable intellectual property rights, all publicly distributed
communications mentioning the LivingWeb Service Mark should include an
attribution block.
